Digital Products: Upon purchasing any digital product, such as ebooks or online courses, you will receive non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited access to view and download these materials as specified at the time of purchase. The access rights are for personal use only and do not allow for commercial reproduction or sharing.
Courses: Enrollment in our courses, whether standalone or as part of a package, grants you limited access to course materials which may include videos, text, downloadable resources, and other educational content. The Autoclean Success System is designed to accelerate your car detailing business's success. Participation in this program is subject to the following terms:
3 Months of 1-1 Coaching: As part of the Autoclean Success System, you will receive personalized coaching sessions focused on guiding your business. These sessions are tailored to your specific business needs.
Access to the Autoclean Detailers Academy: Upon enrollment in the Autoclean Success System, you gain access to the Autoclean Detailers Academy. This platform offers ongoing education, community interaction, and opportunities to participate in live events, providing a continuous learning environment.
Access to the Autoclean Inner Circle: You will also gain access to the Autoclean Inner Circle, a private WhatsApp group that facilitates direct communication with Aaron and additional support from the community. This group serves as a resource for ongoing advice and networking.
Performance Guarantee: We stand behind our coaching program with a performance guarantee. If you do not reach a revenue of $10,000 per month by the end of the three-month coaching period, you will continue to receive support through the Autoclean Detailers Academy.
Participation in the Autoclean Success System signifies your agreement to these specific terms, in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of Autoclean Limited.
.5) Payments and Refunds
General Policy: Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds on any digital products, online courses, memberships, or coaching programs once access has been granted.
Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable as we must secure and hold your position. This policy ensures that we can manage our resources and planning effectively.
Exceptions: On a case-by-case basis, if there are technical issues that prevent you from accessing the digital product or service and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be granted.
Cancellation of Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund of previously paid fees.
1-1 Coaching Cancellations: If a cancellation is made by the user before the commencement of the coaching sessions, the user may be entitled to a refund minus an administration fee, provided that no resources or substantial preparatory work has been undertaken by Autoclean Detailers. Once the coaching sessions have commenced, no refunds will be provided.
.6) Chargebacks and Disputes
Handling Disputes: We strive to resolve any billing issues swiftly and fairly. If you believe an error has been made in billing, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss the matter before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
Consequences of Chargebacks: Unjustified chargebacks may result in termination of your access to our services and may be challenged through legal means.
